Step 1 — Understand, Frame & Align Leadership

Before building anything, we start by answering the most important question: why.  Why should your organization embrace AI? Why now? And what kind of company do you want to become in the process?

Step 2 — Co-Design, Prototype & Deliver Quick Wins

Then we guide and support your team to prototype and deploy 2 to 3 operational AI co-workers or agentic workflows — concrete “quick wins” built on your own data and systems.

 

Each project is delivered end-to-end:

Step 3 — Scale, Govern & Sustain


The third phase is where your organization truly shifts gears — from experimentation to long-term transformation.  It’s a 12 to 36-month engagement designed to industrialize, govern, and sustain AI at scale across the enterprise.
 

We structure this phase as a long-term partnership with your leadership and technical teams, combining governance, technology, and adoption excellence.
 

Core components include:

  • Establishing a dedicated AI governance framework (roles, RACI, standards, security, and ethics)

  • Deploying MLOps / LLMOps pipelines for model lifecycle automation, monitoring, and drift management

  • Building enterprise-wide observability dashboards (performance, bias, compliance, cost tracking)

  • Ensuring continuous alignment with EU AI Act, GDPR, and internal audit standards

  • Coaching your internal AI champions and business owners to progressively own the systems

  • Maintaining iterative ROI tracking — each quarter, new value streams are unlocked and measured
